Corporate Social Responsibility

As a company we are committed to comply with social responsibility, not only by creating jobs. With our voluntary accession to the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), we undertake to comply with the code of conduct for social and environmental standards. We face up to this commitment with conviction and support several projects and organizations over many years. As a family-owned company with deep local roots, we are engaged also in local projects, particularly in the context of education and supporting young professionals.

Our social engagement

Our particular engagement applies to the Friends’ association of vocational schools, nurseries, children's hospices and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Additionally we are working with local suppliers and service providers to strengthen the region as a location of interest. Furthermore we use free capacity of regional correctional facilities and day care for people with disabilities in our production process.

Social Responsibility starts within the own company

When companies assume social responsibility, this also applies to their employee politics. To combine family and work, to promote diversity and provide a chance for young and older people - that will benefit society and also the own company.
